These terms govern your use of this website and the waiting list for the Wholistic Private Practice product. By using this site or joining the waiting list, you agree to them.

Who we are
This website (wholisticpractice.co.za) is operated by Wholistic Private Practice ("Wholistic", "we", "us"), and is currently a waiting-list and information site for a practice-management product for South African psychologists and Registered Counsellors. These terms cover the website and waiting list only. Once the product itself launches, its use will be governed by its own, separate terms of service.
Using this website
This site is provided for informational purposes — to explain what Wholistic is building and to let prospective users join the waiting list. You may browse and share it freely. You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The waiting list
Joining the waiting list by emailing support@wholisticmhc.com does not create a contract, subscription, or purchase — it simply means we'll email you when the product launches. There's no fee to join, and being on the list doesn't guarantee early access, a specific launch date, or that the product will launch at all. You can ask to be removed at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
No professional advice
Nothing on this website constitutes clinical, legal, financial, or business advice. Content describing the Wholistic product describes a product still in development and may change before launch.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and branding on this site belong to Wholistic Private Practice unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose them for commercial use without our permission.
